TRISON makes available to all persons who maintain a professional or commercial relationship with the company a whistleblowing channel where they can report unethical behaviour or behaviour that does not comply with the company’s Code of Ethics, applicable legislation or internal regulations.

Confidentiality is guaranteed and whistleblower is protected against reprisals under the terms of Organic Law 2/2023, of 20 February 2023, regulating the protection of persons who report administrative offences and the fight against corruption.

Complaint or communication

Complaints may be submitted through:

They must contain the description of the infraction detected, the facts or documents that prove it and all the information necessary for its investigation.

Rights of the parties

The complainant has the right to:

  • Confidentiality, guaranteeing that his or her identity will not be disclosed throughout the procedure
  • Protection against reprisals

The reported person has the rights granted to the defendant in criminal proceedings, and specifically, those recognized in:

  • The Spanish Constitution
  • Procedural law

Processing of the file

The procedure consists of two phases:

  • Admission of the complaint. Those complaints that are incomplete or that deal with implausible facts, that do not constitute an infringement or that have already been reported, will be rejected.
  • Instruction of the file. The Compliance Officer will give the reported party a hearing, compile information and documentation on the reported facts, and prepare a conclusions report.

Resolution of the file

The Compliance Board, having examined the report of conclusions, will adopt a decision, which must be motivated.

In the resolution, this Board may:

  • Acknowledge the existence of punishable conduct, in which case the pertinent disciplinary measures will be adopted.
  • Not to acknowledge the existence of punishable conduct, with the corresponding agreement to record and file the complaint.

The decision will be notified to both the complainant, if possible, and the reported party.
